Managing a portfolio of complex Bodily Injury and General Liability claims, the full-time Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working fully remotely. Key responsibilities Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions Interact extensively with claimants and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the claims process Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the overall outcome of the claim file Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable jurisdictions Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software
