Implements and maintains new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of software development.Automation and manual testing.Develop test strategy/plans (from end user requirements and use cases), design, implement and run automated/manual tests and work with developers / managers to ensure sufficient quality prior to release.Qualifications:2-5 years of business analysis experience, including 2-5 yrs of relevant testing experience, both manual and/or automated testing.Experience with testing and collaboration tools or equivalent: Jira, Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, ProtractorStrong facilitation and elicitation skills: Strong interviewing, probing, influence skillActive listener, strong interpreter, and sharer of informationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communications skills, both written & verbalRequired Skills: Automated QA TestingBasic Qualification:Additional Skills:This is a high PRIORITY requisition.
