Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving commercial property claims, the full-time remote Property Claims Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and customer-focused claim outcomes while adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for resolving moderate to complex commercial property claims Coordinate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives and processes related to claims Investigate claims, assess coverage issues, and negotiate resolutions while maintaining accurate records Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in insurance claims, specifically in property and casualty claims Proper adjuster licensing in all applicable states Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and policy construction Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work core hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in your time zone
