1st ShiftOperate stand-up high reach and sit-down counterbalance forklifts to move products safely and efficiently. Candidates should have at least 2 years of high reach experience, be dependable, punctual, and willing to perform various warehouse tasks, including case picking. This role is ideal for someone seeking a stable schedule, consistent hours, and weekends off, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and safety.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesPut away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor heightPick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipmentChoose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via Radio Frequency (RF) systemLoad and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting deviceComplete daily forklift maintenance/check sheetMonitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging stationAdditional Duties And ResponsibilitiesWork with other machinery and material handling equipmentMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)Basic math skillsAbility to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage LogisticsAbility to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facilityAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudWhy Lineage?
