Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This position is a high-volume customer support role responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing a large volume of customer interactions daily, and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 50-70 customer interactions per day through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account-related questions.
• Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain service quality standards while meeting productivity expectations.
• Utilize customer service tools and chatbot platforms as part of daily workflow.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completed minimum of 2 managerial reference checks.
• Previous high-volume customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work fully onsite, Monday through Friday.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer service systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling 50-70 customer inquiries per day in a call center, contact center, or customer support environment.
• Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including phone and chat.
