Provide a variety of service functions with excellent member service.Responsibilities and Duties:Answer telephone calls and process members transactions as requestedAnswer individual questions or help members with problems regarding their accountOpen and close various types of accounts, certificates, etc. by online, mail, fax, and emailProcess wire transfers by mail, fax, and emailMail or overnight check withdrawals from members' accountsOrder checks and debit cards, process stop payments, mail statements and historiesProvide help with online banking, reset PINs and passwordsPost mail deposits and mail paymentsAssist branches with problems in the phone centerScan checks, transaction tickets, membership agreement forms, etc.Other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent6-12 Months with Call Center or financial institution experienceCompletion of Indiana Members Credit Union Internal Training
