Engaging business owners, the full-time remote Appointment Setter will identify opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and schedule appointments for the sales team to support the growth of child care businesses. Key responsibilities Contact prospective child care business owners through various outreach channels to schedule qualified appointments Research and identify organizations that match the ideal customer profile, building a healthy pipeline of prospective clients Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with warm prospects to improve appointment attendance and conversion rates Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role Experience engaging business owners or decision-makers and uncovering their business needs Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to manage pipeline activities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and availability during Eastern Time business hours
